For four incredible years, PRiADI Psychological Fingerprints has had the immense privilege of collaborating with the Papua Football Academy (PFA), a program dedicated to nurturing the next generation of Indonesian football talent. From 2022 to 2025, our mission has been clear: to identify promising young footballers aged 12-13 from five cities across Papua, not just for their athletic prowess, but for their inherent potential to thrive in a demanding three-year boarding school program.

This vital initiative, generously funded by PT Freeport Indonesia, goes beyond merely scouting for skill. PFA understands that true success on and off the field requires a unique blend of attributes, and that's precisely where PRiADI comes in.
