Thank you for choosing PRiADI Psychological Fingerprints. We are committed to providing accurate and beneficial psychological fingerprint analysis services. We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds can only be processed for specific cases. We do not offer refunds for services that have been completed or for reports that have already been sent to the customer.

2. Refund Conditions

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • Order Cancellation Before Service is Provided:

    A refund can be requested if you cancel your order before the fingerprint analysis process begins. Cancellation requests must be made within a maximum of 24 hours after payment is confirmed.

  • Irreparable Technical Failure:

    If a technical failure occurs in our system that prevents the service from being delivered (e.g., the fingerprint file cannot be processed) and the issue cannot be fixed within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@priadi.id with the subject: "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]".
  2. Include the following information in the email: Full Name; Date of Payment; A clear reason of the refund request; Proof of payment (e.g. screenshoot).
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Method

  • If the refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to the bank account you provide.
  • The fund transfer process will take 2-3 business days after the refund is approved.

5. Situations Where a Refund Does Not Apply

We cannot issue a refund in the following situations:

  • Report has been delivered: The service has been completed, and the analysis report has been sent to the customer's email or account.
  • Dissatisfaction with report results: The results are a scientific representation of the data provided. We do not guarantee results that align with personal expectations and do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the content or findings of the report.
  • Data entry errors: Refunds do not apply if there are errors in data entry or submission of fingerprint files by the customer.
