Yogyakarta (18/10/24)- Central Bank of Indonesia Jawa Barat has recently implemented a groundbreaking approach to understanding its employees. The central bank has adopted the PRiADI fingerprint-based personality test to gain deeper insights into the character traits and dynamics within its workforce.
The decision to incorporate PRiADI into the bank's human resources practices was met with initial skepticism by Bank Indonesia Jawa Barat's Director, Muhammad Nur. However, after undergoing the test himself and witnessing its impact on his team, he became a staunch advocate.
"PRiADI has proven to be a valuable tool in helping us understand our employees on a deeper level," said Nur. "The test's accuracy and comprehensive nature have exceeded our expectations."
Achris Sarwani, Senior Director at Bank Indonesia Jawa Barat, expressed his admiration for the test’s ability to leverage big data analytics to create a detailed profile of the organization. "With PRiADI, we can now tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of each employee. PRiADI has made it easier for us to navigate complex team interactions," he said.
